Works well for large cracks and potholes

I have a large pothole at the end of my driveway. It pools up with water and mud, and makes my car dirty every time I park. I bought this blacktop repair kit and it did an amazing job in filling the hole. You should make sure you have enough of this stuff, as I initially used 2 50lb bags and it was hardly enough. I ended up using 5 bags, but it got the job done.How to use/apply this:1. Clean up any loose debris where you will use this. Ideally there is a cavity with some walls to keep the product in place2. Open the bags and pour them in the cavity/hole/pothole and spread with a shovel3. Stomp down all over it with something heavy and even it out. You want the finish to be about an inch above where you'd like for it to settle long term.You can drive or walk over it right away, but putting a flat board over it and driving over that will quicken the settling of it. For me, it actually took over a week for this to harden enough to my satisfaction where I didn't have to constantly stomp on it to help it remain flat. Overall, it was easy and accomplished the task well of filling my pothole. I would recommend this to other home owners vs hiring a professional.
