You receive 180 tablets so will last for 3 months at 2 per day.These tablets state that they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.The best before date is very good.The tablets are typical size and easy enough to swallow with no aftertaste.Pretty good value for money at just over a tenner.It really helps with the cramps that wake me up at night.Very happy with them and will buy them in the future.

I'm familiar with Potassium Glycinate and Citrate but never tried the Chloride version. Was curious if it was any different that the other 2, but can't say I noticed any different effects. Certainly didn't cause any stomach issues though and tablets were easy enough to swallow although they are a bit on the large size.They arrived in a well sealed bottle/tub with a good expiry date. Great if you get foot cramps at night! There are 180 tablets and the dose is 2 tablets so will last 3 months. Also suitable for Vegans.

Good value tub of magnesium pills. A bit difficult to swallow, so I either steel myself and chew them, or else crush them an mix them in a drink. Quite a strong taste if you take more than one or two at a time, but it's probably best to only take that amount as they can have somewhat of an laxative effect in higher doses.Overall, ideal for making your own rehydration drinks and you can save a fortune on buying prepared beverages.

I ordered these as a recent routine health check blood test showed my potassium levels to be a little low (mild hypokalemia). These UK manufactured potassium chloride tablets are said to be GMP approved giving me some confidence in their manufacture.The tablets are quite large but have an indentation to help split them in half if required. They taste a little salty when placed in the mouth.The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day but I am always a little wary of overdoing health supplements so have decided to start with one a day until until I have the opportunity to discuss with my GP. One of the things I like about this supplement is that it is straightforward, with just the one ingredient and not made more complicated by having a mix.I feel I should add to my review the obvious disclaimer that this is not medical advice and really you should consult your doctor, as I will do, if you have the need to raise your potassium levels, although even the recommended dose of 2 of these tablets a day is only a proportion of the NRV (the bottle quotes 26%). As with many health supplements however, too much potassium can cause problems and adequate potassium levels are apparently usually attained from an decent but ordinary diet.The current price of these tablets at £11.49 with an additional 10% voucher is very reasonable for a 3 month supply at the recommended dose and I will give a 5 star rating

Have been taking these for a few days and no noticeable side effects. Quite large capsules but nice shape ,that even for me, who normally struggles swallowing pills, are easy to take. No odour or aftertaste.Large pot will last for months.
