Good, subtle taste. I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now and I feel they have helped with over all focus. Don’t expect miracles, but there are quality ingredients that seem to be helping.

Works well and helps my mind to be clearer and sharper, however the caffeine content is one to pay attention to. The. Recommended dosage is thre gummies. I tried this for two days and I COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP at night. When I took a few days off, without the gummies, I went back to normal. So now I take about half a gummy a day, and this works for me. Definitely worth trying, just beware of the caffeine.

Not the best flavor but good benefits

First time I put these in my mouth I started gagging and had to spit them out. The next time I chewed halfway as quick as I could and swallowed water to get them down. They taste AWFUL. they work. But they’re nasty. I love the Goli ashwagandha gummy taste. These… made me nauseous
