The old smart lock at home broke, and today I had a new one installed based on a friend’s recommendation. This lock has a larger panel that perfectly covers the marks left by the previous one. The installation is currently in progress, and I’m already impressed! It looks great, works smoothly, and has powerful features—including the ability to connect to a mobile app. Highly satisfied so far!

I have had this lock for about 1 year and it has worked great. It is simple to program and install. Recently I had a problem with the lock and contacted support. They were very prompt to get back to me and they stand behind the product. Not many companies do that are more when have had the product for one year. Overall, I am very happy with this lock and I poured through a ton of them before selecting this one. Glad I did.

There are six people in our house all with very different schedules. People were coming and going all the time and worse yet, losing keys constantly. This meant people were constantly getting locked out. I'd been on the fence about getting a biometric lock for years but I'm SO GLAD I got this. It was VERY easy to set up and works great. We've been using it for a little while now with absolutely no issues. It seems sturdy and the gaskets on both sides leaves me confident that I wont have to worry about moisture getting through.

These locks were a bit challenging for the locksmith to key due to the small components, but he was able to get it done. So far, they’re working great.

Update: After posting my original review they then reached out when they saw my review and offered me a refund and a partial way of solving my issue, a free Bridge. I said I agreed and would definitely update my review tonreflect their prompt response and willingness to try and solve the problem, my choice they never asked. They then ignored my messages for a week and didn't follow through on their resolution. They offered the refund first I never ask or initiated a full return before then. Whats the point of offering a resolution and then never following through on it. I was actually going to give them another chance and purchase some knobs for additional doors but will never consider or recommend them to any clients or people I interact with. Not to mention the latest that keep the battery doors in place already shaped off the first time I went to change the batteries.Original Review:I bought two of these door knobs and 1 of the matching deadbolt. Got them all installed and go to do the app setup portion and turns out the knobs and the deadbolt aren't controlled by the same app. So I have to have two completely separate apps to control my locks and then they use different wifi bridges as well and now I'm forced to spend another $35-$40 if I want the full functionality. No where in either products description are these pointed out.

Love these locks. Because they are easy to install, convenient to add to the TTLock App and very user friendly, we highly recommend. I love the flexibility in access programming and he convenience of the smart features to access from anywhere. I also like the look, it’s stylish without being bulky!It’s a high quality for a mixed material lock and the battery life so far is fantastic compared to comparison locks.It’s a quick set up, smooth and quick lock and unlock and quick to program!Recommended, but you will want to purchase the companion gateway, that is also inexpensive and super easy and quick to install!

I needed a replacement for a failing smart deadbolt, so I tried this one. In general it seems like a decent product but there are a few things that bugged me. For one the bar that operates deadbolt mechanism has a non-standard orientation, forcing you to replace the deadbolt with the supplied one. That could be a big gotcha like it was for me because the door in question has a round deadbolt insert and to use this lock I would have to chisel a beautiful antique door. That's really silly. My previous smart lock came with adapters to support various deadbolt mechanisms and for the money this one should have too. (I was able to 3d print a new cam and solve the problem but not everyone will have that option).The product description mentions voice control but that is not supported unless you purchase the gateway, so the ad is a bit misleading.IF you get the gateway, the lock will notify you (as owner/admin) when it is unlocked, but NOT when it is locked. Really? That is a pretty serious shortcoming for me - my pet sitter came and visited but when did they leave and did they lock the door???I hope the manufacturer will at least add notifications for locking.Lastly, one more VERY important thing: if you connect this up to Alexa then you will be able to unlock it by voice control. There does not appear to be any way to control what is allowed. The last thing I want is Alexa being able to unlock my front door - only LOCK it, like at night.Some may see these points as nits, but this is afterall supposed to be a "smart" lock, not a "somewhat smart" lock. It is time to send it back to school so it can get smarter!!!
