I really like this product. The advantage is that my joints have a lot of increased mobility and less pain. . Kinda like an oil change. The disadvantage is taking 4 tablets. The benefits far outweigh the dosage. Also I’d like to mention I took a high quality glucosamine and chondroitin supplement previously.

This looks to be a reasonable mix for joint support, but it is impossible to tell from the blurry tiny font label. I would expect, given that most users are of an age like me and need readers, that the manufacturer would print a clear label - perhaps with a fold out to make room for the ingredients list in a more reasonable font. This is like a cheap blurry mimeograph. Surely they could do better. I will edit this when I have had it for a couple of months.
