This magnesium has been a total hit for my family! I have been using magnesium for a while, mainly for muscle cramps and relaxation purposes, but it does definitely make for a softer stool (sorry being honest here) Personally I don’t have a problem with this, but my husband does and I had him take one capsule and the next day he was overjoyed with his bathroom experience! Product is good and I recommend it to the others.The only issue was the delivery:Amazon used USPS service for delivery. USPS deliverers all my regular mail and packages almost every day. This time they couldn’t deliver the package for no reason. I spent 2 hours to go to the local office and pick up my package !

I started with just one capsule an hour or two before bed and I’ve never felt the need to use more. My sleep is much better. I stay asleep and the noises that use to wake me up no longer do. My wife can even get out of bed and I’m completely unaware. I also noticed I don’t need to pee in the middle of the night. I emailed Pure for a copy of the COA (certificate of analysis) with my lot number and sure enough they will provide it which shows the lab testing results. They contract with MD’s to sell these products which makes me think they are serious about having a high quality product. My wife says I’m more relaxed throughout the day. Less high strung. I feel it too. Highly recommended but start with one and go from there.
