I have been taking these vitamins for about a week now. Right away, I noticed that I am much more energetic. I have always struggled with feeling tired and groggy in the mornings, but since taking this supplement, I feel refreshed. My quality of sleep has improved tremendously. Seriously, I feel like a new person! I have enough energy, focus, and clarity to study and work out in the mornings. I am happy I discovered this multivitamin. I am excited to see the effects of continuing with it.

I have been using this product for months and while I see a difference in my nails and hair which I love the taste and smell is awful. There are a lot of really great vitamins caked in this so I do continuously purchase this product for that reason. If you can get through the taste and smell of fish then they work really great!

I have been taking Essentials for about a week and one of the first things I noticed was that all of the ingredients are natural healthy ingredients. There weren’t any huge words on there indicating that I’m placing something in my body, that I did not want there. Since taking Essentials, I have so much more energy, I’ve seen improvements in my skin, my hair and my gut health! I have seen marked improvement in my mental clarity as well!! I was always skeptical about taking a multivitamin because a large portion of the time, these other companies are putting so many other things inside of them, that their original purpose is lost in translation. Essentials is not only great for overall health, but the ingredients are straight to the point and they all serve a purpose in helping improve overall health. Simply put...Essentials is a “miracle” multivitamin!!!

These smell and taste like rancid fish. Just opening the container the smell is terrible. I tried to take them for a few days, but the taste was so bad I could not continue. Even an hour after taking one, I could still taste it. I am not sure if I received a bad bottle or what. But these were truly terrible. I cannot speak to the effectiveness as I did not take them long enough to notice any differences.

I have been looking for a multivitamin that won’t upset my stomach. I tried Essentials and I was very pleasantly surprised! I have had bariatric sleeve surgery, but I just couldn’t chew or swallow the liquid or chewable vitamins. Essentials is very gentle on my stomach. Plus I feel GOOD. I was sleeping 12 hours at night, waking up super tired, now I sleep 8 hours and feel refreshed when I wake up! I love Eu Natural! I also take Staying Cool and I have no more hot flashes, no more soaking wet hair by the time I got where I was going. I’m so thankful I found Eu Natural!!

They have an igredient that makes me have an allergic reaction, like hives rush. I used to take them fine, but not sure if the formula was changed and something else was added that made me get allergic reaciton.

I feel tired. I have noticed a significant change in my overall energy level since I started this vitamin. The taste is very fishy and it’s caused some constipation. Don’t know if I will buy again but I’ll finish the bottle and see if I notice some positive changes.
