A really nice eyeliner. The color is perfect. It goes on very smooth. It stays on all day and night until I wash it off. The color works with different shadow colors. I really like it. Zero eye irritation.

smooth and slippy to apply, this goes on easily and stays no problem. if you put it on your waterline, it covers any hint of tiredness with peach-skin-colored brightness and wakes up your face. i only wish it didn't have glitter.

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in Vice (Purple) review - really pretty color! And I like how it has a little bit of sparkle/shimmer. It glides on easily and very smoothly. Pencil can be sharpened. My issue with it is that it smudges. I have hooded eyes that can get oily. So when I wear this eyeliner, it smudges on my eyelids and on my eye bags area. Because it smudges, not sure I can 100% say it's long lasting. Color eventually lightens and it sometimes needs to be touched up, especially on the bottom lash lines. When I wear this liner, I have to clean it up throughout the day so that my eyes don't look like a mess. No, I haven't used a setting spray with it. I did not test if it's waterproof. In summary, the color is really pretty and it goes on smoothly, but I probably will not buy again because it smudges too easily and too much for me. And it's not the kind of smudge I like. 3 stars for average rating. I gave it stars for it's pretty color, creamy/soft texture, and the ease of using it.

Great eyeliner! I come from the 80s where you use a lighter to melt the tip of it down to apply and with this one you don't have to and it stays on great!
