I would not call it Ultra Soft

It's hard to find just a flat sheet so I tried this out. It certainly feels ultra soft when in the pkg (or I would have returned it). After washing was another story, it got scratchy. I'm on wash #6 and it's getting better but let's face it, it's 300 thread count so it's never going to be ultra soft. For the price and the availability it gets 4 stars but if the Ultra Soft claim is why you are buying it, then just a heads up.
