My trainer really likes these. Much better than the cheap little spring clips that I had. Slide on and off rather easily.If I may suggest, once a month take some rubbing alcohol and a cloth and rub the inside of the locks and the bars to remove any film or oil that might have accumulated.That can be from lotion or manufacturing residue. The locks will hold in place much better especially with 25# on either end of the bar.Equipment being used.5' straight bar weight 15#2 25# plates2 10# plates

Even fully opened they do not fit on a 1" bar. Designers apparently forgot two 1/8" thick rubber grips placed inside of locking unit would reduce interior diameter of product. Materials and construction seem fine - delivery was quick. My return was processed almost as quick as it was delivered. I hate to rate it so low, but it just won't fit.

They do what they are supposed to and lock the weights onto the barbell. BUT they do not hang on very tight, I have to take them off and replace them frequently because even light weights make them move around on the bar.

What do you usually see when looking at bar bells? You see the stupid screw in lock.These, however, just snap and lock with just ONE, SIMPLE, EASY, QUICK (did I say "Quick???) operation,.'nuff said

My bar is slightly under 1 - maybe 15/16ths - and this doesn't have enough range to fit.The quality seems very good though, so I still give it 4 stars.

Great Price for a product that performs as expected. My 9 YO can easily and QUICKLY change his standard weights on his 1" barbell and dumbells. No more spinning collars or them loosening up !!

Perfect fit, perfect price, what's not to like. Comes in a variety of colors but I didn't care.......... they just work.

Just 3 months later 1 won't lock anymore. I'm thankful the weights didn't fall off and hurt me or the person I workout beside.
