Poke root is the strongest herb to move lymph’s. Your lymphatic system is how your body gets rid of toxins. So if you have swollen lymph nodes this oil is perfect. I massage it on affected area with castor oil or I put a couple drops in my matcha. It works great!

I bought this as an immune system booster and I was pleased with the results. I have known about the benefits of poke root for some time and this did not disappoint. I felt an immediate difference in my body after just using this for two days. For the best results you want to take this in the morning on an empty stomach and not eat anything for at least 2 hours to allow your body to fully utilize this. The only down side is that you don't get alot in this bottle and you run out of it pretty fast.

In my opinion, I don't believe it is pure poke root. Possibly a watered down version, as it is vague on instructions and there's has no warnings, as the real poke root can do internal damage, with prolonged use. This item had no affect at all with my mild case of edema. However, it may be useful for other ailments. So I gave it a 1 star based on lack of instructions and it simply done nothing to help me.

Poke helped me get rid of swelling well and quite quickly. I liked the result and I will use it when I need to cleanse the lymph.

I used this for one week and stopped because I read that poke weed can be dangerous. As such, I fear using it for extended periods. There is no visible effects. I used it in my tea so I cannot speak on taste nor whether it is value for money. It is easy to use and I cannot say there is a visible taste nor can I say it offers pain relief. As such, I do not know it is value for money spent. I store on my fridge at work.
