Wax Warmer Hair Removal Waxing Kit Constant Temperature Setting Electric Wax Heater Pot with 4 Flavors Wax Beans

The wax warmer stopped working after 5 mins, and then never heated. I wasted my 1 hour trying to figure the issue, changed plug points, unplugged-plugged it's cable to the machine, waited 10 mins and tried again, waited 15 mins and tried again, but it didn't work. Light showing up, but no temperature change. How do I heat wax? I will have to return this.
