The nema plugs should be about 5-10mm further apart to cater for wall warts.It has been a great with no over heating.

Easy install, Friggin Clean Lookin
Usbs are not 'fast chargers' persay but they do both charge at 2 amps which ample enough if you are using a desk and more than likely plan to do some work for some time at sed desk. Outlets work like outlets and are not so close that most power adapters from this century should not got one another. Okay the cable on the bottom is a long 6ft.Fits oh so flush and looks oh so crisp! Tight... if you're smelling what I'm stepping in.Makes my work-from-home desk oh so dope! Only bad thing about this what drilling the hole, exhausting! But that has nothing to do with how it performs or looks so 5 stars!

Problem: This is EXACTLY 3" in diameter.
This item gets a five star rating for what it does and how it will be used going forward. Once it was installed in a widened hold, it locked up tight and looked great against our black cabinets. That said, beware a design issue with this item.I am giving it three stars because they did installers no favors by making it EXACTLY 3" in diameter. Not 2.95", not 2.98", exactly 3.0". And therein lies the problem.I bought a quality 3" hole saw to install this. I cut a very clean hole with a Hilti 5/8" drill and then tried to insert the outlet. No go, not a millimeter. The hole was exactly 3" as was the diameter of the outlet". I was pissed.It took no small amount of effort to enlarge the hole with a cutting drill saw bit. At least 15 minutes of time enlarging the hole enough to insert the outlet.I was pissed, what should have been a five minute installation took a half hour plus.I don't know if a 3 1/8" hole saw, if you can find one, will be too big in diameter. You might want to add a drill saw bit to your cart just in case.Good luck.

Good texture

A good cubicle improvement.
I charge quite a few things when I'm at my office. Almost none of them take the same cord so I'm always crawling under my desk to swap cables. This thing is a total game changer for my desk at work. Now I can just reach over and swap cables right from the top of the desk. I like that it also adds a coupe of 120V plugs to the top of the desk too. Very handy. It was easy to install since I already had the hole in my desk. Just had to pop in in and screw in the retaining ring from underneath. It was quick and easy to install and makes life at the cube farm a little easier!

ower Grommet with USB,Desktop Power Outlet-Would I buy again
I have had this product in place for about 6 months. I originally purchased for a crafting table I built for my wife. I since have purchased a second one of these for my desk. I have not had a single issue with this. Easy to install, fast USB charging, Easy access to 20 A AC outlet. Drill the correct hole size, secure it with the supplied plastic nut, plug it up, DONE. Thinking about adding a second one to my desk on the other side.

Outlets too close together
I purchased 2 of these. They fit perfectly in my desk cutouts. They were very easy to install. USB outlets work as expected. But...The outlets are two close together, unless what you plugging in has a small adapter or male plug you will be hard pressed to utilize both outlets. Two, for the same reason there is a good chance the USB plugs will be obscured by what you plug in. The spacing on these could be better to better accommodate various plugs.Still using them, but there utility is limited and I am not getting the use out of them that I was hoping for.
