The soap dispenser does exactly what it is supposed to do. The soap dispenser came with everything that is needed to use all you need to add is the liquid soap. To set things up you just need to put into the battery compartment the three AAA batteries (included) and out in the soup. The hardware you need to install it as a wall mount is also provided in the box. I was able to get the soap dispenser working with in 10 mins of getting the package. I love how responsive the sensor is and I also like you can specify how much soap should be put out every time. It is made of very high quality plastic that doesn't feel cheap. There is also lots of water sealing and I feel that should be good to keep things airtight for a long time.

I loved the design of this. Put it on the wall in my bathroom. But it doesn't work right. So sad about it. I've had it for several months and was hoping with different soap it would self correct. The problem is that it takes two times for the soap to dispense. You have to hold your hand underneath one time and nothing will come out. Then you put your hand underneath again and the soap will come out. VERY frustrating! I don't know if it's a bad design or I got a defective piece . I have an older Umbra automatic soap dispenser at my kitchen sink and the soap comes out immediately when you hold your hand underneath.I'm wondering if the manufacturer has had this problem before? And would seek to correct it for me? I would be happy to upload a video of this unit's performance if need be. I really like the design and don't want to take it down because there are now holes in the wall where I attached it initially. Perhaps I received a malfunctioning one? Please advise.

Bigger than expected however seems to work well...time will tell as today is the first day. I am NOT impressed that it was received in a box with a pack of LEAKING batteries so I am docking a star for that. As well as for needing to take TWO screws out on the bottom of the unit to change the batteries. They are tiny screws that require a large head Phillips screwdriver to remove. Not sure what will happen when it needs new batteries and there is still some soap in it....turning it upside down I would think would be an issue. Maybe not....will update the review if it is an issue. The other concern is that the bottom is not raised enough to prevent water on the counter from getting under the part where the battery compartment is. It says you can mount or put on a counter, however mounting is not an option for me. I do like that it has a tiny led light that shines in your hand when soap is dispensed and that it has indicators for soap remaining and battery remaining.

It runs really slow even with battery and hardly any comes out even on a maximum setting. Secura brand one works best

I love this dispenser. I bought 6 of them for my new medical office. I didn't have any soap so put in dawn dishwashing liquid and it worked like a charm. Later, I bought liquid hand soap and it clogged the dispensers. I have rinsed out all of the dispensers several times and it seems to help. Lesson learned but wish I had known in the first place.

I like the convenience of using this. I'm a caregiver and I'm always washing my hands. very nice looking unit.

It is easy to use and easy to fill. Makes washing hands clean and easy. Works as described and looks really nice.

Yes, compared to few others this is really good. However I noticed that the pump isn’t strong enough when I use heavy liquid soap. This is only good for light gel kind of liquid.

I've only had it for less than a month and so far, so good. I find the liquid soap a bit slow coming out (compared to my previous Lysol Handsfree). I do like the fact that you can choose how much soap comes out.

Bought 2 of these 3 months ago and it has stopped working properly. Now, I have to place my hand under the sensor 2 times before soap will dispense out of it (I have to do this for both of them that I had purchased). Very disappointed. I wasted my money on this product. I should have went with another product that functions better.

The only downfall of this pump is you have to trigger the sensor twice to produce soap. Once to prime and once to dispense but only if it's sat for awhile. Also, sensor seems to be affected by bright sunlight but still a great product for the price.

Arrived in time, easy installation and operating instructions.Works fine so far, only been in use for 2 weeks.

The sensor of automatic soap dispenser does not work well after 5 months. Disappointing.

Item stop working one week after return policy expires.

This soap dispenser is amazing. I've had it for over 2 years now. I bought a second one. Not sure why its discontinued now, looking to purchase another one.
