This has been a Godsend. My back is a train wreck. I've had three back surgeries. My main problem at the moment is swelling in my lower back. Because of my kidneys, I can't take NSAIDS to reduce it. I've been using this for one week and I can really feel the difference. I would recommend this to anyone who has swelling issues like me. If it doesn't work for you, send it back. After you start using it though, I think you will hang on to it.

I needed a new heating pad so why not try one with the red light in it? I am not going to say it works miracles, but so far I can seem to tell a difference when I wake up in the morning. I have been using mine for about 3 weeks. If you have pain in your back or hips, and you like heat - I would definitely give this a try. I would have to use it longer to say I am a firm believer in the whole red light therapy, but so far- I am having good results.

Superior ‼️The is an updated unit that doesn't disappoint. It has 2 updates, the insertion into the mat and a new efficiently designed controller. My original unit failed in these 2 areas.

I love this product! Expertly crafted and versatile! - it can be used from head to toe. I purchased the protective goggles separately so I could use this on my face and neck. While sitting at my desk, it lays easily on the legs, knees and feet. The backing is a higher quality canvas that allows for the pad to breathe, as it can get warm during use. I wouldn't change anything about this and hope it lasts - I would buy again from this company. Lastly, I thought the reviews about an off-gasing scent were a bit exaggerated. After two uses, over three - four days, the scent of being new plastic dissipated completely.

This is actually a quality made mat with multifunctional options, including an easy instruction manual. I place this mat on showered bare skin for the best results. I put lotions and oils on afterwards. I didn’t have high expectations but to my surprise this mat works well! The 24x17 is a generous size, I can leave it flat or curl it around the area being treated. Heat level works well, yesterday I was sweating a little bit but was not uncomfortable or burning at all. So far it is helping my aches and pains, I’m glad I purchased this one specifically! I have had other mats before and wasn’t impressed they just didn’t do anything for my aches.

The media could not be loaded. Only used 3-4 times . I have had it a little over a month and completely stopped working, the power lights come on but the red lights and the temperature do not. What a waste of money, what a scam.
