Came with all Chinese instructions. Would not have ordered if I had known it was China made. Does not work well. Not very powerful. It was not listed too well when I ordered it. I bought it to use to help clean shoes for Parade shine and will not re order this item.

Item doesn't work well at all.

This is a total rip-off, and should not even be sold on the US markets. Will only charge on foreign electrical outlets. DOES NOT CHARGE ON U.S. ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS. Amazon needs to remove this item for sale in the U.S. REQUIRES 220 volts. I attempted to charge it with a U.S. style electrical plug, and it almost caught fire as it rapidly overheated.
