A great addition to any bakers equipment
This mat sticks well to work service so doesn move when in use. It is easy to wipe clean and best of all takes no room to store just roll it up and pop it in a draw. Having the measurements etc is a great idea as I always struggle to roll things out to the right size, or cut it straight, so definitely a help for me.
