Product works great, it feel off of a nightstand and broke the R2 button. My fault completely however, I have been trying to get information on what to do and where to send it to get fixed for 3 months. Still have not heard anything from the last email 2 weeks ago. Just going to take it apart and repair it myself at this point. Customer service is non existent.

I dont know exactly know why but the way the controller feels in my hand is different than the standard PS5 Controller. It feels uncomfortable. Its given me terrible hand cramps. the back button layout isnt the greatest. Im kind of disappointed with the overall feel. Its built well just disappointed it doesnt work for my hands, at this price point.

I feel like the controller, may have been one of the few defective ones. I heard nothing but great reviews, except mind, i don't know, it isn't pairing correctly, its freezing, the sticks won't stay on, I am not a hard hand gamer, and I take VERY good care of my stuff specially at this price. I have gone thru countless videos and read thru everything I think I possibly can. NOW with that being said, the few times it has worked properly, Man the reviews are as accurate for a product as they can get its amazing! I won't give a bad review yet, cause defects happen and I will try to reach out when I can, I am very busy with a custody battle and without a job at this moment very hard to spend the money I already spent on A NEW CONTROLLER, sorry for the caps, computer won't take it off lol, I am probably still going to get something for my daughter for Christmas,, but I don't want to give something unless I know this works, my friends decided to go with AIM controllers, after seeing my trouble, but nope, Im going to give HEX gaming one more, as the streaming and videos will be starting soon, I want to promote this brand, but we will see

Love the controller. No stick drift and it’s nice to be able to adjust the l2 &R2 pull. Halifax joy stick feel amazing. The only thing that could make is better is mouse click buttons. The only con is that the buttons are not marked like the triangle square circle and X but this is not a issue for me.

If you’ve ever used an Xbox Elite Series II then you will be let down. Can’t count how many times I’ve pick up the thumbsticks cause they’re not magnetic. Battery life is a joke. You get four back switches. That’s the perk. No sensitivity adjustment on the thumbs. You can shorten the trigger pull. I blame this on Microsoft; terrible console with amazing controller but had to switch. Phantom…3/10. Keep in mind I just changed from elite series so in PlayStation land it’s a 8/10 cause all the others are 2 back buttons. Thats trash. Dont come at me with snap on spare parts

the hand feel and back buttons on this thing are amazing. the design works.that being said.Build quality is sub par.battery life is extremely low, which isn't a big deal i have long usb cables.the joystick dust cover broke off and jammed the stick in one direction during gameplay, my guy "Leroy Jenkens" himself into a bug hole. with a tweezer i was able to remove the jam and get it working.finally bricking it was the trigger button fell OFF; that's right the trigger fell the f OFF.so, if you don't need a trigger this controller is great for you, the rest should probably just pass!unless you enjoy $250 paperweights.
