Meldeens Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 14-Ounce Jar

It smells great. I use coconut oil for cooking, as moisturizer for skin and for hair mask. It works great for everything.Comparison to Viva lab coconut oil:1. Viva has better packaging2. Viva costs cheaper3. Somehow Viva's coconut oil smells and look better (Meldeens' oil turns a bit yellowish on top and it separates; Viva's always look clean white and nice)Bought Viva and Meldeens together by mistake.

Not the best I ever had, but it's fine. I take it often and I don't get to the store a lot, so was happy to find it on amazon for a decent price. I will order again.

An excellent moisturizer! I use this on my beard, and it is thicker and longer than it's been in 10 years. Also apply it to your typically dry skin areas, such as elbows, heels, T-zone, and your skin will be soft and supple again. Product is organic, unfiltered, and cold pressed, which is exactly what you are looking for with coconut oil. This oil can be used in cooking, or oil pulling (something I can't get into, but to each their own). It has a slightly different fragrance than the last brand I used, but I would assume that has to do with where the coconuts are grown for this oil. It smells like coconut, but like i said a slightly different scent,but not unpleasant. I live in Florida, so the oil arrived in liquid form, but hardened overnight in cooler air. Now it is congealed and very easy to work with. I would recommend this oil, and I will buy it again.

I couldn't believe all the hype around coconut oil but when I received this prouduct I was more then impressed! I use it for EVERYTHING. Perfect for skin issues head to toe, literally as I use it on my hair for conditioner and to keep my feet nice and soft. Amazing difference in my acne prone skin as well! And I'll never use anything else to shave with again. It took months to convince my gf to try it and now she's a convert too.It usually stays in a solid state but I actually like that as it's easier to scoop out for application. It shipped and felt like a brick and I was worried at first but once it got to the "room temp" version of solid it's good to go. In summer I imagine it'll revert to it's "oil" form so depending on the season you'll know what to expect when it arrives.

I thought this would be a good idea to use on my scalp, hair and body.Turns out I was wrong. It doesn't do anything for my scalp or my hair and it leaves my body way too oily. It's just not meant for me.So, I'm going to try it as cooking oil.

and therefore it's easy to get my brands mixed up (as I tend to watch for sales), but I think this was the brand that was somewhat clumpy. Taste was fine but it had many small clumps. I'm currently using Swanson Vitamins brand oil with almost zero clumps and equally good taste.

I bought this for numerous reasons, but ended up using it mostly for my hair. It smells fantastic and works wonders.After about 3 weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my hair. It was silkier, softer, and shinier. It's also gotten a lot thicker since I first used it (my hair, not the oil).I also tried it on my eyebrows and lashes, definitely noticed considerable growth in my eyebrows within a week... not so much for my lashes, but they did get a bit thicker.My sister decided to eat some of it, and she said it tastes great.Will be purchasing this again once my jar is finished.
