Works exactly like I want. Starts up quickly and goes into Android Auto mode and pops up the map fast (10 seconds?). Doesn't restart when I use the kill switch or restart the bike. The screen is bright and easily seen in sunlight. Screen is sensitive enough for use with gloves. Unit is very light and holds position well in a RAM mount.

I found this to be exactly what I needed and enjoyed it. It stopped working ten months after I purchased it and used it. I did not find that to be what I wanted!Perhaps they will replace it for me Update: the support communication was very good and they replaced the unit to me

Works great and I love the size. I also like that this model has the option to select the audio output to my Bluetooth head unit. Otherwise I’ve had different models that would switch to the internal speaker if it experienced a disconnection from the unit. Hard to fix that when you’re riding.

Very disappointed. I have been using Carpuride in my car for 3 years my sons cars had one as well and love it. This unit fails with the wiring harness. The wire is so frail once I have it hooked up the wire breaks. The fuse block also does not have continuity even with a good fuse. For now I had to make my own wire harness and keep the USB one as a emergency if this wire failes on a trip. It took me hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes, Carpuride you need to do better.

Had some issues with it, but contacted customer service and they helped me get it straightened out. An unwanted, unknown origin Bluetooth connection got in there somehow which caused it to flash and get weird. Still happens sometimes when the connection magically re-appears. I reset everything back to factory and re-connected and so far so good. I like the Size, sharpness of the picture, visibility and the CarPlay functionality of the unit.

I must admit, I am really impressed with the Carpuride 7" CarPlay unit. It was very easy to set up with my phone. There are a few options for power hookup, very nice. The screen is bright and easily seen in the daylight. It is very quick to automatically connect to my phone once set up. I have used it a couple of times already on motorcycle rides and the large screen made it very easy and convenient to follow my route using my favorite GPS app. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again. In fact, one of my riding buddies liked it so much he ordered himself one, too.
