I've used this for years, excellent magnesium intake. I never get cramps anymore since I've increased my magnesium, this is extra. I put it in my water every day, instead of having it plain.

These have been around for years for a reason. They have a nice balance of electrolytes and make any drink smoother and easier to digest. Only one slight drawback is the high price. However you do get what you pay for and this one is worth it in my opinion. My goto for years!!
