Yamaha Alto Saxophone Mouthpieces Bundle (5C + 4C)

The media could not be loaded.  As a professional musican, I play for church/weddings etc. I would recommend this for a player seeking and advanced mouth piece. I would recommend getting this if you are ready to graduate up per say. It has a good material overall all and produces a good tone/sound on your saxophone. There are various brands out there on the market but this is a quality brand per say. This brand is a good mouthpiece and will inhance your playing experience. Also, this brand makes quality alto saxophones (recommend this for starters also (good parent information)q

My son is learning the Alto Sax. He usually has some squeaks and the sound was a little tinny. This cost him an honor band audition. After getting the 5c his squeaking has decreased by 90%, and the sound he produces is rich. He forgot one day and used an old mouthpiece and it was immediately noticeable. Highly recommended the 5c if looking for a high quality sound at a reasonable price.

This mouthpiece is amazing I’m currently still a sophomore in high school and I’m joining jazz band in 2 months this month piece sounds nice and warm. A beginner could use this product. : )

More playable for low and high notes. Bought 5C. Nice improvement on my Selmer Bundy.

If you're a beginner or intermediate player, you can't go wrong with this mouthpiece, especially for the price. It feels very similar to playing my professional Selmer C Star, albeit with less resistance and a little more tone flexibility. I think at least a Vandoren blue box strength 3 reed would be best for this mouthpiece. Definitely appropriate for but not limited to concert band playing.

I bought this to replace the original mouthpiece on a Glory saxophone. The original mouthpiece is around a 3 and had a muffled tone. The Yamaha 5C made huge difference.

Band teacher said this is best mouth piece to start out with. My daughter has been playing for 5 yrs now and is very impressed by the quality sound. I couldn't beat the price.

Very well made plastic mouthpiece, has very warm sound.

Standard Yamaha quality. I needed a slightly wider opening. Perfect.Be aware it doesn’t come with a ligature.

J’avais le bec d’origine avec mon saxophone et j’me suis fait conseiller le yamaha 4c...j’ai décider d’y aller avec le 5c et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu ....ça fait toute la différence
