I've tried everything to fix my interrupted sleep. I wake up after 4.5 hours no matter what. This hasn't kept me asleep through the night, but it's reduced the amount of time it takes me to fall back asleep SIGNIFICANTLY. I fall back asleep within 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes almost immediately. Paired with the magnesium they sell is well worth the money. It works without the magnesium, but with the magnesium I feel more rested when I wake up, like I slept two hours longer then I really did. You will feel very drowsy and your eyes will feel heavy when you wake up before falling back asleep, and that can carry over to when you actually get out of bed, but it doesn't take long to shake it off at all. Once you walk around for a few minutes and drink some water you'll feel normal.

I bought this recently. I am yet to consult with doctor as in why this supplement worked the opposite for me. I took it for 5 days, it made me anxious and I couldn’t sleep at all those days.After i quit, now i am okay.And just today I realized that I can’t return the product so, it was waste of money for me.So, before you buy, know that this might not be well suited for all.P.S: i do not have any underlying health conditions, and i function well as an healthy individual, and i take fish oil and vitd supplements every day.Updated: Seller is in the process of refunding the money as it is within 30-day money-back guarantee. These come backed by Huberman, but this brand also sponsors him, so…that always puts things in a weird area. Data shows inositol can be a helpful supplement for sleep. This specific brand has not been helpful for me. I have not tried any other brands of inositol (and am not sure if I will in the future), but it seems that there are many other reputable companies that offer this supplement at a significantly lower cost. I won’t be purchasing this again.

It helps me sleep through the night, and my sleep improved after taking it. I no longer even need melatonin, which I took almost nightly for a decade.Inositol has other benefits too, including potentially helping alleviate depressive symptoms.Inositol is a sugar alcohol, and was once thought to be a vitamin in the B-family. It even tastes slightly sweet because it is a sugar alcohol.Momentous claims on their website to do independent testing, and they seem to be NSF certified, which is a quality manufacturing certification. I'm not sure why this isn't mentioned on their product page.My only issue is that the price is higher than other inositol formulas on the market. Overall, this is good inositol.

I first heard about this on the Huberman Labs podcast. I was skeptical as I am with all supplements, but this really works. I have been waking up every night at 3am and having a lot of trouble falling back asleep (usually for well over an hour). I noticed a difference almost right away after starting this. I still am waking up at 3am, but I go right back to sleep after a quick trip to the bathroom (10 minutes tops to get back to sleep). There's no clear timing of when to take it, but I've been taking it right at bedtime and that's working. Definitely give this a try if you're on the fence.
