we have used this machine for the past month most every day and it works great. should have bought one sooner

Wore out in 4 months.
The shredder worked great in the beginning. After a few days, the feeder wouldn't accommodate more than a dozen sheets without stopping. It stopped working all together after about 4 months of average use.

Piece of junk
I am a tax preparer so a good shredder is important. This is the WORSE shredder I have ever owned. Can only feed 2 or max 3 sheets at a time. Overheats quickly & shuts down. Now less than a year old & it won’t ever turn on. DON’T BUY!!!

Does the job
Quality not as expected, does not roll easily. It shreds and when over stuffed kicks back good.

Actually, I inadvertently ordered this item. I wanted the micro-cut and returned this item. So I don't want to take anything away for this item and so I could only rate it based on what I saw on the box itself.

Advertised as being able to handle 10 sheets at a time, but chokes on 3 sheets of printer paper
We were excited when we received the shredder to handle our growing pile of mail to shred. Tried to shred some un-opened mail envelopes (probably equiv to 5 sheets of paper) and the shredder choked (stopped halfway through the envelope), then had to reverse to free the shredder, restart a couple of times to finish. Hmm, not a got start! So to test the shredder, I grabbed some blank printer paper and fed 4 sheets at once - the shredder did not like that, so tried again with 3 sheets, did not like that either, but it would work with 2 sheets of printer paper, not exactly as advertised. In summary, if you feed it 2 sheets at a time - it works fine, but that is not why we bought it.

Works as advertised
The feeder works great and so does the hand loader. I have now run several hundred pages through it and so far so good. Just like any shredder make sure you run the lubrication sheets as directed.

Need shredder support
Shredder was great then suddenly stopped working in the 10th month. Expected more for $100+The manufacturer web site no assistance.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I used the shredder once(by the instructions) and it broke down. Getting a return/replacement from this seller has been a nightmare. I returned the product weeks ago (which I had to pay the shipping for) and they still have not refunded my money...Absolutely horrible. 0 stars.Worst experience ever with an amazon seller.

The only thing that was not mention on the instructions, is to remove the rubber seal around the paper recipient. I love it alot.

je ne l'aime pas du tout elle bloque toujours même si je met juste une feuille a la fois . le papier sort tout friper quand il sort. un gros O pour cette machine .
