This has been a life saver for my family. We have the MTHFR gene and this has made a world of difference for us. About 300 servings per bottle. The directions were confusing to me at first and it says one DROP is one serving, which I thought meant droppER. Nope, one single little drop out of the end. It's a red color and stains my teeth, so I take it before brushing. I sleep so much better and it has been so effective in helping with my family's moods.

My B12 levels are within the normal after a few months taking it. Easy and well absorbable due the liquid form. Organic and tastes well (Berry flavor).

Not sure where to begin . I got these drops as I seen them all over social media. I’m still not sure if I have a gene mutation for the MTHFR mutation. When I did take these drops my energy and mood were very elevated . These drops work well but I myself seemed to have an issue sleeping the first few days , recommend for morning use .

Seen so many recommendations so I decided to give it a go. My son has learning disabilities and adhd. He doesn't focus to well and needed help studying for driving test. Attempted the test twice without these drops and failed. 3rd times a charm. He said he was able to focus. He said he can concentrate. No side effects, easy to take, taste fine and worth the money.

The liquid form does seem to be absorbing better based on how I am feeling, with more energy and attention. The flavor is nice and doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s easy to take and you can control the amount you need. This is a good value and I like the quick absorption you get with a liquid form.

For my side of the review, I don't really see a difference either way. But then again, I haven't really been taking it with a lot of regularity either. The only thing I can say about it is that it tastes really good and I think the delivery system is genius. I thought that the sublingle films that Suboxone uses was a good idea but putting this liquid under your tongue is a really good way to get it in you. My fiance, on the other hand, has nothing but good things to say about it. He's a quiet man that only says something bc it matters to him so his review was unexpected. He reported that he really likes it. He said that it could have the potential to be life changing even though it isn't quite that serious to him. Also he told me, and I have noticed, that he is only doing a small fraction of the bupe compared to what he was doing before we received it.
