Great for the price
This took me minutes to install, and surprisingly did not require any tools. I was SHOCKED at that. I would recommend having Plumbing Tongue and Groove Pliers on hand just in case you need to tighten, but in my single case I did not need them.As for the shower head, it is great. You can see that it is made on the cheaper side when you open it, but despite that look it works really great.I am very satisfied with the purchase all around.I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so I will check back in after I've put on some miles.

Easy Install, AMAZING Product
:Showerhead was super easy to install (follow the directions, pretty straightforward, but I had a leak on first install and it even covered how to fix that, and it worked).Showerhead has great pressure and I love the option of using one or both heads. Havent had it long, but so far so good. Would definitely recommend.

Great, once I got a new one!
The company was very good about replacing the first one that came, with no outer wrapping, just a mailing label on the outside of the "beautiful box, suitable for gift-giving." That first box was not sealed, and there was no 'part list' so I could be sure everything was inside. I suspect someone had ordered it as a gift and then sent it back. But the second one was perfect, and hubby much appreciated his birthday/Father's Day gift. It took less than half an hour for him to change the old one for the new one, and we both enjoy it very much.I can't give a rating for 'longevity' yet, as it's only been installed for less than two months. If and when it stops working (which I hope won't be for a while!) I will update this review.

I had another dual shower head that I loved already but it has a suction cup for the second shower head that can be positioned lower so I wanted to use that one in my small kids bathroom. I ordered this one as a replacement for my bathroom with no expectations. Omg I was so pleasantly surprised. It was like a massage spa heaven. My fiancé loved it as well. We’ve had the stomach flu and haven’t been sleeping well and let me tell you..: the water pressure is sooo amazing. I love this.

Excellent choice (Opinion)
Fairly simple install. Might be helpful to add multiple languages for non-English (American Phoenician) understandings.Would recommend applying the sealant (tape) after the initial fastener is applied. In addition, helpful to add the sealant tape to a few of the parts attached (specifically on the main unit : water diverter). Fairly simple overall, less than a 30 minute installation for a first timer with ADD:ADHD... also recommend testing each setting to ensure that there are zero leaks with variant water pressure. Very easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble, my only issue is that it is hard to turn the control to go from the shower head to the hose.

Works good.
The product itself works good. I found it was difficult for me to keep switching back and forth between the stationery head to the hand held head since I am on 4'11" tall. I changed to a hand held shower head only. The main head is a "rain" type spray so it doesn't do well in washing soap out of my head. That is why I had to keep switching back and forth.The product is well made and the hose is very flexible. The hand held I just bought had a stiff cheap hose and switched it with this one because I like it so much better.It is a good product if this is the type of shower head you prefer.

Great Shower head A+
The wife bought this to replace our old shower head, Im always skeptical of unknown brands, but this is actually a well made product, easy to install everything you need is in the box, except pliers to tighten the connections.. don't over crank them, just snug, and test for leaks.. then if needed just a slight snug again and test .. love this shower head
