This might help those on the fence with sizing
I have 2 golden doodles that didn't doodle. They look more like black golden retrievers. Both weigh about 82 lbs, 1 has a more lean athletic build like a standard poodle the other is stocky build with a thicker booty like a golden. The lean boy measured right at 30 inches around and the thicker boy measured at 33 inches. I initially bought the XL based on the size chart. The XL was too big for the lean boy it was a little loose for him. I decided to return the XL and instead get a large. The large fit both boys with plenty of room to expand if either of them gained some pounds. Hope this helps anyone having a hard time deciding which size to get.

product was reasonably priced, was was put on the dog with minimal complaints and did the job it was It chas to do. The day after, fireworks had been reduced by more than 50%,dog was better, but still thereved.was some signs of reaction to the noise. After those two days, no signs of nerves, or fear over loud noises after that. Problem resolved. problem solved. Thank you so much, Crazy old woman to the rescue.

It helped, but not the cure all
I believe the thunder shirt helped my dog to calm down more quickly when the fire works started. The shirt fit well around the waist but it is too big around neck even though I ordered per the chart.

Calming effect didn’t last long.
Easy to put on our dog when the first storm arrived and it made a big difference. With each subsequent storm the effectiveness diminished. Thinking about trying one with more weight to it before asking the vet for anti-anxiety meds.

Very pleased!
I was very skeptical about thundershirts in general, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Wow! They do work, and while this isn't high quality, it does the job. I will likely buy something sturdier in the future.

Superstitious
Our 8 year old dog finally got a shirt to help calm him during thunderstorms.Amazingly enough, he hasn't been able to use it yet because our daily storms finally calmedd down and we've just had drizzles in a month

Velcro is coming off of the fabric after 2 uses.

Good calming for the summer
Perfect for the summer since it’s made of a thinner then the thundershirt witch is made of a thicker material witch can be too hot for the summer but good for the winter. Helps keep my little morkie calm when he’s stressed:3
