I actually bought these for my mother who had a knee replacement. She needed to work on bending her knee. We have carpet floors and with this under foot it made it easier for her to bring the knee back to a 90 degree angle. 100% recommend for those who are undergoing knee replacement surgery and want to work on range of motion at home.

good quality, work great! the bag is convenient too. I do need to get some felt pieces to put on the bottom, these don't seem to scratch surfaces but Im kinda thinking they could if I rough up the plastic. easy fix though

These work great! I run a personal training business where I travel to clients homes and these are very easy and convenient to transport. It is nice having the carpet and hard word sides as different clients have different flooring.

Why would you spend an extra $30 on the BeachBody brand slides when these work just as great, at more than half the price.Save yourself some dollars and buy these; you won't be disappointed.

I love this product.The sliders are made very well and firm.Great product. I didn't like the way shipment was but other than that...I was pleased.

Better off using kitchen towels, I’m a fitness professional and got these to use with clients and since we’ve been using rags. They don’t slide very well on hard floors so I tried on our rug and it wasn’t any better.
