This has provided excellent relief for the harvest areas in my back from a procedure. I like that you are provided 2 packs so you can rotate them. I move the ice packs where I need them and adjust the strap and they stay in place. Note it really doesn't cover your entire lower back area but I move the ice pack around my waist and that works. I even fall asleep with this. It retains coolness for almost 2 hours or so. The material is soft and does not bother me. Highly recommended.

Love this double back brace. It’s comfortable and is perfect for when you just can’t sit down or at work. I love having the two ice/heat pads so you can keep out. Only reason I gave it a four is because the trap could be better. And with me being small, it’s harder for me because it wrapped all the way around me. But that said it does do the job.

I like the fact the ice pack stays in place, but the actual ice packs do not stay cold very long

Works great! I love how it can be used for both hot and cold. Fixes perfect around the waist to stay in place and feels comfortable while wearing.
