Love it , does well the job. I used every other day for large family.

Great iron & heats up quickly. Great steam function. Only downside is the cord is not quite as long as I'd like.

Very light and easy to use. Glides over garments when ironing. No need to use steam button continuously. Only for heavy creases. Well worth the money. Cord a little shorter than other irons. But well worth it

Iron simply blew up after 9months infrequent usage, blew main house fuses, all electrical items needed resetting, complete mess caused by a rubbish product. Tried Amazon customer services, initially promised a full refund, then withdrawn and told to return at own cost to the seller. Complained about broken promises, told Amazon terms were return only, seller to repair. Pointless to get an unreliable product repaired. Do not buy unless you want problems. So rubbish product and rubbish Amazon response. Decided to replace and buy elsewhere, Morphy Richards from Argos, 3 year guarantee. Also decided to buy any further electrical items direct from manufacturer, iPad and PC ordered elsewhere. Informed Amazon c/s of my decision, no reply. As a long time Prime customer very disappointed in Amazons usually excellent service, very poor experience this time ‘full refund, no, do it yourself’. Unbelievable.

It looks cheap but does the job. However, the power cable is ridiculously short.I kept it just to avoid the hassle of packing it up and sending it back. I’m afraid I would not recommend it.

First impression of Iron is very good. However, the accompanying instruction manual is pathetic to say the least. Surely a company such as Phillips should be able to produce better!!
