Super tasty
Since my Bariatric surgery have been taking fiber supplements daily, either powder diluted into water/juice, fiber pills or fiber gummies. Gotta say of all 3 choices, the gummies were the most appealing and tasty of the 3. Would gladly take fiber gummies ALL DAY compared to fiber capsules that repeat if you don’t drink 1/2 gallon of water upon consumption or similar with powder diluted into water/juice. Horrendous flavor and heartburn with every belch. UGH!!! Of all the options available would easily and 150% choose fiber gummies day or night!!! These have nice texture, don’t stick to teeth all crazy and have subtle sweet flavor that is tasty! Highly recommend!!!

I really didn't feel that I was getting the extra fiber same as I do when I use Metamucil ~ It was an OK product but I have gone back to just drinking a glass of Metamucil every morning
