Great belt for back support!
I work from home and sit in a chair using a desktop computer all day. I was developing lower back pain. I don't lift weights, but this belt has worked out perfectly for me to support my back while sitting for many hours. It's lightweight but offers firm support. The velcro strap secures the belt and I can adjust it to be as snug or loose as I want. It's a good quality belt at a very good price. I am very happy with this purchase.

i should use it more often but i’m too lazy to crazy it around as much as i lift. but when i do utilize it omg so good on the back and easy to use. 6in. >>>> 4in. belts.

Fits larger than size chart
Size chart doesn't seem entirely accurate. I measured my stomach at 53" and had more than ample space in a XXL belt, enough that I probably could have gone with XL.Belt works quite well and felt sturdy and secure when I was doing heavier sets of deadlifts, no back pain the next day either. It also folds down easier than a leather belt so I can fit it in my bag.
