Paper Quilling Fringer Cutting Tool Handmade Unique DIY Craft Scrapbooking Tools

Piece of junk. Does not work. Took so long to arrive that I forgot I'd ordered it. No instructions but was able to find some and get it "working" but all it does is cut inconsistently or cut all the way through. Flimsy and smaller than I thought. Waste of money. Will be returning.

I had to YouTube instructions for the product. Once I understood how it worked it was great. I would suggest you add instructions with the product.

I have bought 2 so far...they are cheaply made and no instructions for usage.I don't know what the problem is, except that they just don't work well.The seller was very prompt in sending said item...but I am done with spending money on an item that doesn't last....so disappointing.

The manufacturer is already putting in an effort to make this, so why not make it quality so it works well, ALWAYS—kick the quality up a notch?. ✅ Put REAL scissor quality blades in there. Make the paper *advancement system and gears DEPENDABLE. We have computers in our pockets these days. How is it that this device feels like a cheap child’s toy from the 1950’s or 60’s❓ What happened to business esteem? Seller/customer trust❓ The hope to repeat buy or recommend to other buyers❓ What in the world. I just need a simple tool that works. Please upgrade the quality of this item so that the cutter will be guaranteed to cut and the advancement system will actually advance, all the way through the large project which I have. I need to fringe over 300 feet of plastic book cover plastic, so please, make the blades work as well as Fisker-type scissor blades. Those blades are even sold in Dollar Tree, so why is this blade made of cheap metal sheets? And how about lets have the tools be capable of cutting variable widths? I am literally sitting on my couch fringing with scissors, and it’s going to take 6-8 months doing it without a true fringing tool. I don’t understand this is low quality when there is potential for a lot of sales here if the quality were better. I hate to see this tool just fall through the cracks. I don’t know how to address the manufacturer, but if the seller will pass this review along to them, maybe the manufacturer will consider upgrading the quality of this tool and bring it to it’s real potential. The sales would definitely go way up I would imagine, because I looked for a fringing tool for 2-3 hrs before I came across this. That means there is likely an available niche for this with no one else selling one as far as I could see.

Dull cutter blade; difficult to load strips, impossible without help; not quality assembly; flimsy materials; had to add a washer just to keep strip aligned to wall. Keep your money for a better product! I wish zero was an option. I feel the number one is too generous

This tool is much smaller and flimsy looking then I pictured in my mind. Not worth paying return shipping to the company selling and shipping it to return it. Don’t waste your money

This fringer does not work! you have to force the strip into the proper position and the cutting blade is as sharp as a spoon. Also does not come with any type of directions, I had to find them on the web. Save your money!
