Sturdy tool and should last very long time
I don't care for most pre frozen hamburger pattys,so we buy ground beef and smash our own then freeze them for bbq,s etc..this tool makes it easy, and the Patty's come out uniform every time, separate each patty with wax paper, and your all set

Works great for making Sausage Patties in my 'Hamburger Press'
I have a hamburger press that I bought here on Amazon, ( If interested, search for "Weston Hamburger Express Burger Hamburger Press with Patty Ejector".) I use it for making both hamburger patties and Sausage Patties. (I don't like the sausage patties you buy at the store, they're too small around, and they fatten up when you fry them). I like them thin with a diameter that kind of matches the ones you can buy at a fast food store. The Hamburger Press is just a bit larger than 4.5" in diameter. I had purchased some 4.5" diameter papers and tried to use them. However, with Sausage, it's very sticky to work with. The papers were also quite thin. These are 5.5" in diameter and although they have a bit of overhang on the press, that really works out quite well, as it doesn't let the sausage stick to the press, only the paper. Also, these papers are a bit thicker than the other ones. I use two papers for each one, one on top, and one on the bottom. It helps keep the meat from sticking to the press, as well as you can separate them easier when you take them out of the freezer. When I take them out of the Fridge, the papers still stick to the sausage, so I just throw the whole thing in the frying pan, paper and all. As it gets warmed up and the oils start to come out of the sausage, the papers come off with no problems. (They're like parchment paper, so they can take some heat). Then I just throw them away. Overall, I think these patty-papers are just right for the job.

Easy
Easy to use, easy to clean IF you use paper top and bottom. Can't see markings for size only complaint
