I really like Onsen products as the products have rejuvented my 48 year old skin; however the company really needs to improve on the quality of the dispensing mechanism as it tends to come apart. Once it does this, it is hard to solidly put back together, which makes it hard to dispense the product.

I really love this product. I have to kids and I barely sleep but since I use this product, people complement me and tell me how fresh I look. I really see a different. Dark circles and little line are not as strong as there where before. I also love the texture. It's really easy to apply

Says you are getting 30 ml but you actually get 25.

Love this product. Takes care of the fine lines and wrinkles under eyes and moisturizes above eyes, but not too greasy

While the product itself is great, I barely used the eye serum and now I can't get the product to pump out. It twists open and you're supposed to pump it and the product come out the top. Now nothing. I'm not sure what I shall do but the top cannot simply be twisted off to open it. I've tried soaking the top in hot water, putting a pin in the small hole to clear a path but it didn't seem to help in the slightest bit.Suggestions? It costs a lot to just toss or bust open but sans it being wasted, I might have to resort in brut force and transfer it into a jar somehow. Frustrating to say the least.

Expensive but legit! I bought it in the Onsen store in LA and saw results almost instantly. I been using this product for over a year now. It's really quite amazing. I have their choice peel, ageless illumination firming and moisturizing cream, soothing eye SERUM, soothing eye CREAM, F.A.C.T. powder, and the daily cleanser. I had some issues with adult acne for a few years and it's been completely gone for a while now. I also use Raw Biology products. These combined are AMAZING for my skin. Never had results like this. I'm constantly complemented on my skin and asked what I use. This was not the case before I started using this product combination.

love it ! feels like my skin likes it and I see the changes. Started to use most of their products.I have very sensitive skin and its great :-)
