Appearance--not great.
I thought the glass didn't look as nice as I thought it would for the price. I picked up a similar glass in South Africa for a much lower price. The two glasses were virtually identical and it was £2.

First one of a pair disintegrated when making Irish coffee despite spoon being in the glass.They kindly sent a replacement ... a second one has just gone too, so obviously flawed product

This glass is expensive and poor quality, break easily it’s not suitable for Irish coffee at all.Disappointed.

Not great for hot drinks
Sadly, put hot water in the glass and it broke into many pieces... not very good for very hot drinks

Le verre de ces tasses ne résiste ABSOLUMENT pas à la chaleur : cassé à la 1ère utilisation ... très déçue de ce qui devait être un cadeau de Noël ... J'espère que le vendeur va procéder à un geste commercial , voire le remboursement , ce qui serait le moindre des choses ! j'attends la réponse

Comme les autres personnes, je demande un remboursement car les tasses ont cassé : la première avec du chocolat chaud, la deuxième dans le lave vaisselle...
