Not for 200lbs +
I think this would be a great tower for a smaller and lighter person. I am 6' 220lbs with body builder/athlete build. It's to narrow to stand between rails with my shoulders out I have to roll them in to get into it, if I hang to do a pull up the whole thing pulls forward and it rocks back and forth and makes scary noises when doing dips. I got this one because it seemed like the most heavy duty but its not.Pros: easy to assembleWould be good for probably around 175 and under.Looks pretty good.Adjustable height.Already listed the cons above. If your anywhere near 220lbs dont get this one it's not sturdy enough.

We do exercise on the equipment anytime at home.
My husband spend about one hour to install this equipment. It's not very hard. When we make sure it's stable and safe, we start to do exercise on it. This is a MULTI-FUNCTION Power Tower, it is perfect for horizontal bar & parallel bars pull-ups and leg push-ups, forearm flexion, push-ups and so on. It will definitely meet all trainers’ need.

Sturdy, great product for home needs
Made of heavy-duty steel construction, quite sturdy, high-density foam rubber handles. Good variety of possible exercises, this power tower is suitable for me and my husband to bodybuilding. It is great to have this power tower in basement for indoor workout. Assemble tools and instructions were provided, but highly recommend to use professional tools for assembly. With the provided tools, it took us about 45 min to put all together.

Poor machining and broken bolt
We bought this for our son to use for workouts. We had most of it built when we went to put on the front tricep dip handles. As we tightened the bolt in the hole it snapped off and is now jammed in. So that handle is only supported by the one screw that went in properly. This feels unsafe and cheap. It also feels like a liability problem if my child gets hurt using this piece.

DANGEROUS and flimsy - NOT HEAVY DUTY
Upon doing my first pull up, the whole unit nearly toppled over. On the picture, the base looks like suction cups; they are not. Also, it only weights 40 lbs. While doing dips, the whole thing creaked. I felt like it was going to break. Maybe it would be okay if you were 5'2" and 120 lbs it would be okay, but not for a 200lb 6' guy like me.

Update: No screws, nuts or bolts
Update:Screws/Nuts received.I received this item 9/18/19. The product contained no bolts or screws to assemble. I’ve reached out, was told screws/bolts would be sent within 10 days. As if today, no screws or bolts, just an unassembled pile of metal in my basement

Good tower for a decent price
Overall the tower does what I need to. It may be a little wobbly (just a little not all over the place) but I'm pretty sure thats due to how light it is. The lightness is more of a pro than a con because it makes moving it around a breeze
