This sauce has much more flavor and less vinegar taste than Tabasco Sauce or Frank's Red Hot. It has a very nice consistency, not as viscous as ketchup, but thicker than Frank's. This helps the sauce stay on the food you apply it to.The heat factor is low, it does have some heat, but I would put it at a 4/10. Again, there is no overpowering vinegar taste, and there are earthy notes below the initial taste that really make this sauce suitable for a wide range of foods.This is a good sauce for micheladas!

I ordered this twice, one showed up intact, one was leaking and a bottle was crushed. Worth it though, I love valentina sauce.

Nice hot sauce that is a bit thicker than most. You can use it on many types of food.

This is a great sauce - I first tasted it at a popular Mexican restaurant - it is well balanced and compliments any dish to get some heat. Get it, you won't regret it.
