No but they have a very snug fit that keep them securely in place.

I have a fairly big head (hat size 7 3/8) and it fits fine. It could probably fit a head at least 1.25 times my size. Plus, once you sweat in it once it'll stretch a bit more.

Q: Im a heavy sweather, is this band pretty absorbant

Yes. My son wears it during school athletics to keep the sweat off his face.
