I have other leather cords that have a twist lock. You can twist the hardware enough to make it separate it from the cord. I love this stainless steel Snap Clasp - it won’t tarnish. I’ll definitely order more of these in different lengths and diameters

I don't even remember that I'm wearing it. The clasp is unobtrusive and secure. The cord material is very comfortable and doesn't grab the hairs on my nape like a lot of other braided cords do.

This is exactly what I was looking for however, not sure how long the clasp will last seems a bit cheap

It has a coating so it will not absorb sweat and skin cells. The clasp is hardly noticeable. It also has a nice look to it.

If you don’t need to hang anything from it or you don’t mind the high glossing of the waxing, then is not a bad purchase. I’m taking a star off because the closing mechanism is so big that my crucifix can’t go on the cord. I’m taking another star because I don’t like the highly waxed look.
