I got these because I wasn't able to drink coffee for a couple of days.I followed the directions on the bottle, and these pills got me through just fine. I prefer drinking coffee so I no longer use caffeine pills, but while I wasn't able to, these were a lifesaver!

Definitely a lot of caffeine. So much so my friend and I tried it, we were both nauseous.
