I wasn't even looking for a brush cleaner, but this popped up as something I might be interested in. I continued with the "Squirrel moment", did some research on brush cleaners, saw costs and reviews all over the place and came back to this one. I re-read a selection of positive and negative reviews and was still skeptical, but I decided to give it a try. It took me a few minutes to figure it out and get the hang of it...and then I was astonished at how well it worked! (Yes, astonished!) I had neglected my brushes, so they needed a lot of attention, so I ran each one through a couple of times (replaced the clean water and detergent a couple of times for each brush), then ran them through clear water to remove the detergent residue. After rinsing, you just remove it from the bowl and hold the button; the brush looks like a fan and it dries...like seriously dry! You re-shape the brush with our fingers and it's ready to use. There are adapters for brush handles of every size. The one tricky thing is the little plastic adapter...you just push it into the rubber brush adapter and then into the battery operated handle. It doesn't "click" or anything...just tension. There are really expensive brush cleaners out there...this one is affordable and perfect. I don't have to be embarrassed by my brushes any longer. Life changing! :-)

Just received this and I am more than surprised at the results. I couldn't stop cleaning brushes. It is easy to use and the operating instructions are clear and easy to understand. I read a few comments indicating that this item did not spin fast enough and I must conclude that the batteries they used were old, because I put in two new AAA batteries and it spun like a top. Fast, quick, concise.I love this. I have wanted one for quite some time but the pricing on others was a little to high for something I technically can do with a bowl and hand soap. When I saw this item advertised at a low price, I was a little skeptical and worried I may have wasted money. But I am happy to say I was proven wrong.My one semi-negative comment is that the spindle is a little tight and hard to get into the machine, but I assume this is to ensure it doesn't come loose.I definitely recommend this, if you are on a budget, but still want the convenience of a brush cleaner.

Not to put on my engineer hat BUT! If I made this product I would have had the adapter mounted to the spinning part because the adapter is exactly the same for every brush holder. Also would have put a damper on the handle of the spinning part like on a power tool because if you have a lot of brushes your hand REALLY gets feeling weird.It doesnt clean well. I would still hand wash but you could probably rinse in this is you wanted. Where this really works nice is drying. Throw out the bowl and use this to dry make up brushes only and this thing isnt too bad!Assuming you have no hand problems this is a fine product drying make up brushes. Also if you have the right finesse to have your brushes not fly out of the adapters. But it is possible! Only doesn't work for double ended brushes.

I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine, so this review is based on what she told me. The rating is because it's not mine and cant give 5 because I haven't used it.She was excited to test it out and she absolutely loves it. Took a little figuring out, but fortunately instructions were available online (there are no instructions in the box...boo).Loved the fact that there was a little pouch to store stuff in.I actually bought it because of the colour, so the colour is a plus. Different from the multitude of black ones available.

This thing is a miracle worker! I am attaching some pictures of all the brushes I cleaned in such a short period of time and a small little 3 brush before and after! I am obsessed with this thing. Takes away the daunting task of cleaning so many makeup brushes! And they dry like DRY 98% if you spin a little extra after it’s done. I can’t say enough great things about this. I also love that it comes with an extra head piece that attaches the brush holder things. I’ve had a machine like this in the past that that piece broke pretty quickly. So this time I’ll have back up! If any of the negative reviews are willing to try. Maybe use a different brush shampoo? I use eco tools. I also use an extra bowl to rinse. Because I know the soapy water won’t just magically rinse the brush. It probably would be even better if it came with two bowls.

Cleaned brushes very good has 8 different attachments for different size brushes.It did not completely dry the brushes you need to let them air dry for a couple of hours other than that it worked great at removing the make up build up.

It works well, however the spindle doesn't load into the handle very well. It's like it's the wrong size or something. I have a pretty hard time trying to get it to stay put long enough to actually use it. Other than that it does what it's supposed to. Honestly though I probably wouldn't purchase again...

This product is crap! It looks pretty. But it doesn't work correctly. First off the little connecter piece that's required doesn't stay connected. It fell out every 2 seconds and sent the brush either flying or falling down into the water, meaning it needed to be cleaned and dried again. The connecter peice kept hitting the side of the handle as it spun, so it started smelling like burnt plastic after a while. I was able to get some of my brushes clean but it took forever because I had to stop every few seconds because it would disconnect constantly. Returning this so I can get my money back!
