Poor construction or materials?
I got these to be my "leave in the car" sunglasses so I wouldn't lose my good ones. The rubber temples easily slide off, exposing a very thin piece of plastic that is supposed to support the temple against the head. The first one broke on the first day of use and I glued it. That was fine. The the other broke in the exact same place. No abuse or unusual tension on the temple. Just poor materials and/or construction. I would give no stars if it were an option.
