EDIT: I'd been afraid of this, but this came really soon. The prongs (or whatever holds the male end of the adapter in my phone's USB-C port) were really sticky from the moment I got it. I worried they'd eventually give up the ghost or were of poor manufacture and, just last night, they did. Now the male end won't stay in my phone anymore, and so no playback is possible: the connection isn't solid enough. I've filed for a replacement with same from Amazon, and if this ones you-know-whats the bed too, I'll update again.Look, if you've tried to buy anything to solve this issue because you, like me, have a Pixel 3 and were appalled to find they'd removed the headphone port with no solution in place to support using headphones at the same time as charging and you, like me, have bought one, two, or three adapters to try to fix the issue just to find out none of them work and they were all fraudulent Chinese crap, then you, like me, are skeptical of this listing. I was, too.But actually... it works. I'm shocked to hear myself say it. I got it, plugged it in expecting the same result as I've had every other time, and was almost disappointed to find out this device does exactly what it purports to do: I can plug it in to my USB-C on my bedside table - and, I should add, I still appear to get USB-C quick charge capabilities - and then plug a pair of headphones in and engage in my time-honored ritual of falling asleep to podcasts while my phone charges.It can be a bit picky sometimes. Once or twice it won't charge or play, and I've had to unplug everything, plug it back onto the cable, then plug headphones in again. But, usually it works. I'm still a little nervous about it crapping out eventually for that reason, mainly. Also, man, the charging and headphone ports GRIP. Like, I have to exert some real muscular effort to unplug anything from them. Hope they fix that in Gen2, because I'd happily buy another in a year if they tinker with the design a bit.But really? After this much disappointment, I can't ask for much. It does exactly what it says, playback sounds great even while charging, and it's affordable, to boot.

Spent too much for something that failed so quickly. I doubt I'll be able to return. Junk.

I hate charging bluetooth headphone. This is perfect to use with my headphones, and not having an extra charger and headphone extender, as you know, Pixel phones do not have a port to plug in headphones. Thank you guys.

It arrived in good timing, but did not do what I needed it to.When the microphone port is active, the charging side stops.I need the charger to work so the device stays on, and the microphone to work so that I can record with it.

THis adapter doesn't work with Apple headphone (volume controls) it does stop & play YouTube videos but DO NOT work with the volume...after a couple of weeks trying this adapter, the headphone jack has to be re-inserted a few times to work properly...it does charged the IPad Pro as described but as stated above do not work with the headphones....UPDATE—6/9/2019—folks this company is 100% behind their products, they refund the monies in full after finding out I wasn’t completely satisfied with the adapter, I would must definitely buy from them again...this type of service is really outstanding...

This product is adequate. It works as long as I don't try to charge my phone at the same time as I'm using the headphone jack. If I try and do both at the same time all I get is static. I don't use it to charge obviously as I can charge it without it so I don't know if it works as a charger. But as a headphone jack it works sufficiently and the sound quality is good.

This was just the product I needed to use my regular iPhones with my iPad 11. Although I usually use my wireless Air Pods with my iPad, I always take my iPhones with me if I travel. They work great!

It doesn't work for long. By the third month and the audio cuts on and off. I am going to take the plunge and get wireless headphones.
