My parents ordered this for my daughter (through my Amazon account) as Christmas present. I got it from MegaWheels. It arrived on time & was packed with good care. My daughter loved it so much. Grandpa (my dad) made my daughter comfortable riding this hover board within 15 minutes. My daughter loves this so much now that she can't wait till it gets warm outside, but this is not the best part. She had placed the charger in a box that we happen to throw away. I wasn't sure which charger was right, so I contacted MegaWheels. They went beyond above, offered to send new original charger to my daughter free of charge. How many sellers can be like MegaWheels when it comes to taking care of customers? One happy family because of these guys. =) If you're gonna buy, take my word & buy from MegaWheels!!!

Amazing!
Got this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas, she has been wanting one since they came out, this year they finally became affordable. After reading the reviews on all of these off-brand ones under $200 I chose this one because it had good reviews. She has been riding it around inside the house for a couple weeks now and it's amazing really. It doesn't take long to learn, just a few minutes and you can get pretty good at riding it. The whole family has mastered it now. Her best friend rode it and is now begging for one. We all just love it, it's really a lot of fun. It works well right out of the box, haven't been able to ride it outside yet because of the weather. Very heavy and solidly built, I'm thinking of buying a second one come summer so we can ride together.

Customer service as it should be. They believe in their boards. And they should.....
I will now humbly update my last posting. I initially wrote to the company to inform them that the device purchased should not have gone out as it did. There was possibly something wrong with the charging system. From this point, is the interesting part. Someone immediately contacted me via email asking if I would like to evaluate another board because this is not the type of product they are selling. I accepted the offer and received the new megawheels soon after. The difference in this one and the first one was night and day. After a full charging period, my son rode the board (while wearing a stopwatch this time) for about 35 minutes saying "daddy, now this is a overboard". My other son rode for an additional 12 minutes And I rode for about 6 minutes. I still have not put it on a charge since the original charge (would like to see how long a charge actually will last). More than the new board's performance is the level of service received from the customer service team. They made it their point to show me that they are not in business to make a bad product. They were correct. Anything can go wrong with a product. It is the level of service that shows the company's commitment to its products. This is where you imagine the smiles on my son's faces.

Defective products and they don’t honor their warranty!
I ordered 3 of these for our children for Christmas. A few months after, one quit working. I contacted the company and they paid to have it shipped back to them and sent me a new one. The new one didn’t work at all, so they sent another new one. Then, a different unit quit working. I contacted them again. They asked me to make a detailed video about how it wasn’t working. I did that. Then they asked ME to ship it back. I told them that isn’t honoring a warranty, since it would cost me more to ship it than it cost. (It’s quite heavy). They quit responding after I asked for a refund on the one unit. I was confused as to why they were so helpful in the beginning, but then refused to honor the warranty on a different unit. Only buy this if you’re ok with them not working in a few months!

Doesn't Work
Just got the hover board and the charger indicator light is green, regardless of whether or not it is plugged into the hover board or not. Out of the box the hover board will not turn on unless connected to the charger, but the charger doesn't charge the device - the charging indicator light remains green. Will be returning it.

Great quality, especially for the price
My 12 year old step-son absolutely loves this hoverboard! It was a birthday hit! Now my fiancé wants one too. Great quality, especially for the price. It was east for them both to learn how to use it and balance.

Faulty hoverboard
I just got the hoverboard in the mail today. I plugged it in to charge but the charger light stays green. I plugged it in for 3 hours and nothing changed. I tried turning it on but the battery light flashes red and turns yellow but wont turn on I borrowed a friend's charger and it made no difference. I am definitely returning it. I was really hoping it would work since I purchased it to give it to my daughter as a birthday gift for today. Really bummed out.

Don’t buy this unless you want ripped off
Item was NOT Bluetooth even though it said it was. Would not do a replacement without forcing me to buy a second one... Horrible customer service. Rude.
