PedagUnisex-Adult Viva Sport Insole

I was recommended these insoles by my chiropodist for metatarsalgia. I use them in my work trainers (postwoman) and running shoes. They are very comfortable and have eased my ball of foot pain but within a couple of weeks there was a hole appearing where the ball of my foot rests so that is the reason for 3 stars.
