Upgr8 Universal Fan Mount Kit Push Through Radiator Tie Strap Plastic (1 Pack)

I guess I should have listened to other reviewers. These are easy enough to install (instructions or a basic diagram would have been nice). They are not very strong however. The nuts give out very easily. I used them to mount fans to a dirt bike radiator. Didn't make it to the end of the driveway before one had failed. I used super glue on them and hope that will help but am not holding my breath. The ad is also misleading. Clearly states "8 - 9 inch rods" but the pack only has 4. Can not recommend for anything other than lightest duty use. Will shop for something much more durable.

Instructions for installation would be nice. There is literally nothing on the internet showing where the springs are supposed to go in this kit. Most kits don't even use the springs, so I am not sure of their purpose.

To be honest these work but they barely hold and can easily slide off if you apply any kind of force. This kit works and my fan is held solid by 4 of these ties, just dont like how easily they can slide off the hooks. They should be a lot tighter for a more secure feel. The Derale brand is far superior to this one.. if I end up needing to replace these im going with Derale next time but these seems like they will hold and do the job well.. Only time will tell. Purchase with caution.

I've been running electric cooling fans for most of the past 20 years and typically use mounting kits found in auto parts stores. Problem is they're right around $10 for one set. I decided I'd give this mounting kit a try.Just hours after mounting the fan and installing the radiator I noticed they were starting to loosen. I'll be replacing them today as soon as an auto parts store opens. I'm very disappointed. I just hope the fan doesn't fall off the radiator.

I needed to swap the fans on my car so I bought these to remount them. I installed them exactly as you’d expect but once tightened down the clips don’t hold. They just pop right off rendering these mounts useless. This was just during tensioning so I’d imagine if you attempted to drive a car with these the fan would just fall out.

Like others have mentioned, the locking washers do not stay in place. Half of them slipped. These are not to be trusted as they are complete cheap junk. Do not buy. I had to us plastic epoxy which I hope will hold.

Didn't want to drive in town to the parts store so I ordered these and definitely wasted my time waiting. 10 minutes after installing these, two of them were laying under my car and only two were left on the fan. Tried clipping them tight but they just slide right off. Advance Auto Parts ones are so solid I struggle to remove them after many years of use in my racecar.

After a day and one test drive I checked the fan assembly pulled from 04 cadi cts fit just about perfect on a 91 Caprice radiator after LS swap. My fan developed a lean on the driver side oops it broke. I have the weight distributed evenly and two additional mount points on the radiator . Local parts store had 4 for the same price. So far so good. Keep it local on this item.
