Good for what it does
So the only downside is if your volume is down low it will tend to cut out audio but other than that does what you need it to do

Does the job, decent sound quality but feels a little cheap.
I've tested this on the Pixel 1, 2 and 3 and it works (although I don't understand why you'd need it on the 1st Pixel as it has a headphone jack on the device), supporting full rapid charging. Be aware that this will only work with either the mains charger or a power bank that supports Google's rapid charging method (using a charger with the USB C to C cable). I tried this with an older power bank with only USB A ports and it either wouldn't work or would give me audio with no charging. The unit itself is made of plastic with a metal casing which is superglued over the top, and unfortunately, the glue failed on my unit so now this metal exterior can slide off, although the fit is tight enough to keep it around the device, just know that it will move. Under the metal casing, there is a plastic body so you're at no risk of damaging the electronics inside if the metal casing does fall off and go missing.

Finally, charge and listen to music at the same time.
This was originally a one star review as it simply didn't work with my Pixel 2 and I didn't get any sound through it. I was sent a replacement by the seller and that one works just fine. I can listen and charge at the same time.Its not five stars because, using it in the car, I need to turn the volume up to almost full on both the phone and the car stereo to hear my audiobooks, although I expect to lower it a little for music and podcasts as they tend to play louder than Audible.This is exactly the device I needed to avoid running out of battery when using my phone as a sat nav.The seller was also great about contacting me to solve the problem.

Handy
Personally quite a handy device. Not sure that the phone charges as fast as it says it should. Does not allow the phone to always charge. But disappointed with it now

Buy it.
Tried 4 other adaptors with no luck. This one works and is still working perfectly. Almost a year old with no issues at all. Detected every time it’s plugged in. No crosstalk or background noise. Very impressed.

Neat gadget
In my experience, this does not support fast-charging. Despite using the original fast charger and cable, when connecting to my phone via this device, the phone only charges at the slower rate.

Was useless when it did work there was a buzzing on the other end unheard by me but every one on the other end of the call can hear.
