As long as you don't care what design you order it's great.
As far as the products go they are pretty standard ABDL bottle and Pacifier. The nipple for the bottle, however, leaks a bit.My biggest problem was that instead of ordering a plain set without designs and having it get here in 2 days, I ordered the Dark pink fox set and got a baby blue bottle and a baby pink pacifier. Very upset by this but the hassle is not worth sending it back.

Its a regular baby bottle. There Is no adult nipple and it doesn't come with a pacifier.
